Full Moon Chill Out Session

Very gentle soma (yin style) yoga to release and relax, with yoga nidra relaxation

Recorded Monday the 30th of November 6pm – 8pm

Take time to be. To relax. To receive. And to nourish your nervous system.

With the fullness of the moon we embrace the “soma” or the nectar of a slow gentle releasing practise.

Expect plenty of restorative yin style poses, gentle movement, breath awareness, and a guided relaxation/yoga nidra.

Bring any props you have, cushions, scarf/yoga belt, a wall/a chair
