Anja Brierley Lange is the author of Teaching yoga for the menstrual cycle – and ayurvedic approach and is passionate about women’s health, womb wellness and pelvic floor awareness.

She is an Ayurvedic Practitioner, Clinical Aromatherapist, Yoga Teacher and has additional training in pelvic floor health, yoni steam, flower essences and reiki.
