Resources for yoga

Here are some of my resources for yoga and daily life.

I love using props in my yoga practice. Blogs, blankets, bolsters and belts are all really useful and might be worth investing in.

Please have a look at this blog for common props and this for less often used yoga props.

Yoga Mats + Props

Ekotex has some great cork blocks and I like their mats too. They have bolsters, blankets and eye pillows too!
Liforme is a very popular mat and one I have used since the company started. Beautiful colours and design, great grip and long-lasting.

Yoga Clothes

BAM bamboo clothing does excellent ranges of clothes for both men and women (the husband is a fan). Bamboo is so soft and comfortable, ethical and sustainable too. If it’s your first order use this link or say Anja Brierley Lange referred you to get 15% offBAM shopping here.

Sweaty Betty is another company I go to for yoga clothes inspiration.

Supplements + Coffee blends

I love coffee – but also love herbal adaptogens. You can get 10% off London Nootropics adaptogen coffee blends using code ‘yogaembodied‘ on via this link.

If you are one of my clients/students you can also use the Natural Dispensary for all your herbal and supplements. Please email me and I’ll let you know the details.

Body Oils + Essential Oils

Yogandha Relax Body Oil

Yogandha offers some amazing herbal and aromatic oils to use as massage oils or ‘roll on’ fragrance and aromatherapy treatment. Use the code ‘anjayoga10‘ to receive a 10% discount.

If you prefer to mix your own I can recommend Neal’s Yard Remedies for pure essential oils and base oils. Most are certified organic or wild-crafted. They also offer skin and bodycare, flower remedies and herbs.

Natural Skin Care

I love Neal’s Yard Remedies products, their skincare and their essential oils. I have used them for years, I used to work for them and am still using their products.

I am an independent consultant with them and have a webshop with their products here.

Menstrual Cycle Awareness

I go into a lot of details in my Feminine Seasons & Cycles online course. Especially speaking from a more ayurvedic perspective and I’m sharing some yoga practises to fit around our cyclical nature.

Period pants. Have a look at this selection of WUKA pants.

Choose organic and plastic-free products from TOTM. They also stock menstrual cup which is something I never really got used to but some people love!
