it is not normal to leak or experience incontinence. But it may be common.
There are many methods or systems for the Pelvic Floor and Core but not one system works for everybody. We are all individuals and our anatomy, muscular tension, strength or lack, therefore, are different. For example, Kegels are not right for everyone at all times…
This course is designed for you to get to know what’s going on in your body and pelvis – so you modify, create strength, stability, support and release tension where you need it.
Through practice and education, you will have the knowledge to remedy and balance your self. And adjust as you progress.
Video + audio practises and meditations are divided into:
Along with the audio and video recordings you will get instant access to modules educating you on your physical and energetic anatomy. Self-love and self-care practise, including the sacred art of self-massage (including belly, yoni and breasts) and blissful belly wellbeing.
Reconnect to your pelvic floor and sacred pelvis again. And this is what this course is about.
Have you lost your connection to your pelvic floor?
These are all topics we explore in the Sacred Pelvis online immersion
you will learn through videos, audios and text

“As a yoga teacher, I appreciate all of Anja’s offerings having studied pre- and post-natal teacher training with her. I am not local to her classes so I love that she offers different teachings online and I follow her blog and social media posts with interest.”

I am Anja and I’m passionate about our Sacred Pelvis. From working with hundreds of women through my work as a bodyworker, yoga teacher specialising in female anatomy, pregnancy + postnatal yoga and educator on the pelvic floor I know that:
This may be a factor in incontinence, prolapse, pelvic girdle pain, bad posture, pelvic pain, back ache, lack of sensation and pleasure. Or potential pain during sex. A disconnect to your roots, foundation and sense of self.
“I learned that the pelvis is the core and connected to everything else. I have a deeper appreciation for femininity and spirituality and what this means to me.”

Are you holding all your tension, anxiety and stress in your pelvis?
This course is for information, education and most of all for empowerment.
My hope is that you get excited and reconnect to your sacred pelvis, start listening to your roots, honouring your yoni and start feeling whole and empowered in your femininity.
You will learn about your pelvic bowl, an introduction to your anatomy, understanding the energetics and chakra as well as using the healing benefits of aromatherapy.

I have just given birth (and am breastfeeding). Is this course for me?
You are so welcome to join. The postpartum period need special care and attention as you heal and recover from pregnancy and birth. Take it one step at the time.
And always check with your midwife/health consultant before starting to practise.

I have prolapse or other pelvic health concern. Can I still join?
Please do check with your health advisor. The practises are wonderful to strengthen and bring awareness to the pelvis and prevent prolapse.
Depending on your condition this may be really useful for you in conjunction with any other care you may receive. Please make sure you had an internal examination to ensure you practise pelvic floor practises correctly.

Can I join if I had surgery or a hysterectomy?
Yes, absolutely. You want to have healed and had the “go ahead” from your consultant. But re-engaging with the pelvic bowl can be healing not just physically but also on a more energetic and emotional level.
